What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Engine:

Engine block and cylinder heads and all internally lubricated parts including pistons, piston rings, pins and cylinder sleeves; crankshaft, pulley, main bearings, caps and bolts; connecting rods, rod bearings, caps and bolts; camshaft(s), camshaft bearings, buttons and plugs; timing gears, chain or belt, and tensioner; rocker arms, rocker arm pivots, shafts and bushings; intake and exhaust valves, springs, guides, adjusters, retainers and seats; pushrods and lifters; intake manifold; exhaust manifolds; balance shaft; water pump; fuel pump; thermostat; oil pump, cover, gears, pressure relief valve and screen; rotor housing, rotors, shims and silent shaft; all internal fasteners, nuts and bolts; turbocharger/supercharger assembly including boost valve, boost pressure control, waste gate, recirculation and blow off valve; oil pan; valve, timing and side covers; thermostat housing; water pump pulley; engine mounts; harmonic balancer; flex plate/flywheel and ring gear; seals and gaskets.

Transmission/Transaxle:

Additional Hybrid/Plug-In Electric/Hydrogen Components:

Engine control computer, case, and all internal parts; mounts; seals and gaskets. This includes the vehicle generator assembly, vehicle motor assembly, vehicle transaxle assembly and transmission input damper assembly.

Fluid Coverage:

WE will pay for the replacement of necessary fluids, oils, greases, lubricants and approved A/C gases that must be replaced in conjunction with a repair of a Covered Part.

What is the deductible?

$100 dollars.

How does a customer make a claim?

Take to Servicing dealer or call the 1-800-327-5172 number.

How much extra would a customer pay to have a lifetime warranty?

Around $2000 dollars.

Is the coverage transferable?

No, original owner only.

Do I have to service the vehicle at the dealership to keep the warranty valid?

No. You can service the vehicle with any ASE certified repair facility, mechanic shop, service department or dealership. However, we would love for you to service your vehicle with us.

What do I have to do in order to keep my warranty valid?

Only do the factory recommended services at the factory recommended intervals. You do not need to do any additional service work other than what the owner's manual/factory recommends.

*Some vehicles may not qualify, such as: Any Make not listed above under Eligible Makes, Acura NSX, Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, Ford - GT and Mustang Shelby GT500, Nissan GT-R, Lexus LF-A.

*1 year of maintenance is based on 12000 miles per year of driving. Maintenance covers 2 oil changes at 6000-mile intervals and 2 tire rotations.
